HEDGART LTD is the fabrication practice of Neil Hedger, delivering high-end figure sculpture, portrait likeness work, and practical builds for film TV and commercial environments.

With a career spanning 3 decades as a sculptor in the film industry and a background as a former Madame Tussaud’s portrait sculptor, we specialise in character-led, production-ready sculptural work.
